Very grey and dreary today...big fat warm raindrops falling...Plop!...Pling!...Plop! Wednesday's warm afternoon and bright blue sky but a memory today...the 6" diameter blossoms of crimson "Altissimo" droop under their veil of crystal raindrops...the solar powered fountain silent under the glowering sky... misted orchids bobbing ever so slighty deep within their grotto of shade cloth and lattice. Waiting.

Spring has come to Floyd County too...violets and raindrops...it doesn't get any better...unless you add dark chocolate. ::grin::
Hopefully, more pix over the weekend. The spring bloom is passing fast! And I will put some dark chocolate in my camera bag to enhance my photographic energies. Great idea!
Posted by: fredf at May 3, 2003 02:42 AMThat does it. I'm gonna plant me
some geraniums under our pine trees.
We got a new gray water system, so
the darlins will have plenty of
(albeit soapy) water .... My plants
will have suds on their petals and
leaves, and not just water droplets.
:)
