Carnival of the Vanities #20 is up at Plum Crazy. Pop on over and give Lesley a round of applause for a plummy presentation...which of course may set me back for sometime as I struggle to achieve her level of style and grace.

But this week the frickkin' power was out from at least 4:00 when I got home, til well after the deadline. I sat here in the dark, grumbling like the incipient curmudgeon that I am. I lit a candle, then cursed the darkness.
